We apologize for the delay in receiving your monthly bill. Due to an issue at our printing company, the bills have not been mailed. We hope they will be sent out on Wednesday. To pay by phone, you will need your account number and the last four digits of your phone number. Please call (252) 999-9226 and follow the prompts.
