If you are planning to dig, notify utilities of your intent by calling 811 before you break ground.  NC 811 will inform utility operators to mark any buried lines with paint or flags.  

As a reminder, Eastern Pines Water Corporation will only mark lines from the road to the meter.  The lines from the meter to your home would be the responsibility of the homeowner.  For more information on NC 811 for homeowners click here.
